This decyphered sentence made me jump.

The sentence translated that says "king of the Ecrehous". The Ecrehou islands are a few rocks of the coast of where I live. I have been around it with a boat only once with my old man to fish maquerel. I live only a couple of kilometers from the joint.

This is true however if you read into Artichoke and other subprojects of MKULTRA the CIA was definitely interested in MPD/DID actively during the ULTRA days

Another lead came up with the Pelzer stuff. An anon from /x/ posted his conclusions and The city of Roanoke came up, I have to find the image again. Long story short, Roanoke had a few pedophile affairs. John podesta was in many guys from Roanoke in his emails, including the mayor if I remember correctly.

Roanoke has a friendshid agreement with Saint-Lô, Lower Normandy, justa few k's fro where you can catch a boat from Jersey and Ecrehous. 30ks max.

I was there as a kid in 1995 in Saint-Lô when the celebration with Roanoke took place. It's still going on with kids doing exchange programs with the schools of both cities.
