Statistics works on us knowing some facts first, then making an educated guess, giving the odds. If reality is a simulation, we have no knowledge of the world we are simulated in and as such we cannot do any statistics.
Anyone talking about 'odds' and 'chances' when talking about a topic related to anything outside of our universe is wrong.

We can make a hypothesis by thinking if we would create a heaven should we simulate a universe. I think probably not because it would be a waste of processing power.
