1. open control panel > programs > programs and features
2. select your internet provider(s) e.g. netscape, adobe flash player, chrome (virus)
3. right click and select uninstall
4. call microsoft exchange support center for the exchange of your broken device
5. send broken device to the address registered for the telephone number of the microsoft exchange support center (probably somewhere in india)
6. if your new device doesn't arrive in 24 hours, make anonymous death threats per mail, telephone or email. use a vpn in all three cases.
7. if it still doesn't arrive 24 hours after the death threats, go to the police. remember to scream for help at the police station for maximum attention on your case. (if they don't want to help, death threats are often very effective)
