This meme seems to be pretty obscure with vids that only get a few thousand views, though I have found one of these vids on NicoNico (basically Japanese Youtube).

Cropped one of the animals and reverse searched it from a place i found called "Preposteo" where the only close match was from a search engine called "Yandex".
From there i just looked for images that looked the most similar and did a bit of googling, watched the videos checked out the comments etc.
