you can't stop smiling on overdose xtc or uppers with weed.
speed and coke alone, nah. heart racing like shit, sweating, can't stand up without getting dizzy etc. i know those symptoms. but i never over-overdosed, like really wanting to die. maybe then it's different? and if you want to die, less scary?
