What I'm saying is, people should be allowed access to something that is literally less harmful than the alcohol and cigarettes our national culture celebrates.
While excessive use is clearly detrimental, there are plenty of positive medical benefits when used responsibly, and responsible recreational use has less detrimental effects than things that are already legal.
