I told my girlfriend that I loved her, and she didn't say it back. Next day she called me and said she didn't really feel the same right now.

This is 100% her problem and not yours. It sounds like she is unprepared for intimacy, and even though she agreed to a relationship, was unprepared for what that entails. Sounds like you're letting her take control over you. Best thing you can do is dump her and find another one because you have basically already submitted to your current one. This time however, assert yourself, make yourself the dominant one. For example, don't fucking ask if you can kiss her oh my god why would you do that?
