With Cirno Day 2019 just a little over a month away, it's time to discuss what our plans are for this day.

This is the 10 year anniversary of the very first Cirno Day back in 2009. There has been a lot of talk on Japanese forums for what people plan on doing, such as game releases, fanimations, tons of new artwork, etc. I was hoping /bant/ could come together and plan out something special for this day as well.
