The judge won't give that much, but allow the judge to set what the damages are. The more recorded failures on the part of 4Chan the better.
Don't go to, say, /b/, and choose a thread on page 9. That would not be reasonable. Choose a thread on page 5. That is reasonable to assume the user should be allowed to solve a captcha in a reasonable time.
