Hello, 4chan. I'm new here and i've sucked too many dicks already, lol. I've heard plenty about 4chan and how you guys are amazing at connecting dots and lines (hunting down flags, locating terrorists,etc) and i need your help this time to make some justice in this world, because this group is truly the source of power.

We have a problem over here in Russia. There's repair service named "Xiaomi Official Service Centre", but it's not official and not xiaomi. In fact, they're also "repairing" other brands like iphone,samsung,htc,meizu all around the Russia. After courier takes your phone to service centre itself, price triples no matter the actual defect, in fact, you're being told that you have more "critical" defects, that your phone won't last long. If you disagree - you'd have to pay for courier (both ways) and for "diagnostics".

But it doesn't end here.

After receiving phone back it turns out that it's not yours, but different version with your phone's broken front glasss. There's been reports that after cancelling repairment and visiting one of theirs offices manager simply wouldn't give it back because he "couldn't find it". No matter what you'll do - you'd have to pay. If you disagree - you might end up losing phone or receiving another one.

Negative reports, reports to officials and police and other legal actions aren't working at all. There's even been news report about it. It's like someone is helping them from above. Their sites are all over front page on google and other search engines. That's where most customers are coming from.

tl;dr : most repair services in Russia is a scam that has spread like cancer
