>i have seen older games who don't create their own subfolder and just dump their files wherever you point the installation tothis was the problem. i set it to the root folder initially then manually moved the files when it didn't make the subfolder and forgot about it when i went to uninstall
technically user error but not the kind of mistake that should even be a possibility
