lets talk about odd time signatures
sometimes i will listen to music exclusively because it has odd time signatures. does not have to be entirely in the odd time signature but as long as it makes at a noticeable presence, it's valid. visual novels do this surprisingly often. the following time signatures need not apply:
>2/4
>3/4
>4/4
>the same derivatives with cut time
>6/8
>12/8
the following time signatures are on probation due to their status of "hey this is weird but still easy to compose songs in"
>7/4
>7/8
>9/8 glorified as 3/4
>8/8
