Luckily i lack all the other major symptoms though, or at least they dont impact me living a normal life at all
Ive actually looked into tulpas a lot but it just looks like more mental illness to me. It looks really easy to get lost in and not be able to find reality again. But I have/had really vivid imaginary friends.
