I started trying to learn a language via Doulingo and I've got to say I'm highly fucking skeptical if this shit is in any way effective
of course an online course doesn't come anywhere close to actual fucking meatspace lesson but even so , from what I've seen (which is admittedly very little) it just heavily gamified completely unguided and trivially easy questions which gives me the impression that the whole site is more aimed at making you feel good about yourself rather than actually teaching you anything
is there any data whatsoever that proves the whole site isn't just a feeelgood waste of time?
