i did shit in school and left early i have been a neet for 4 years and i am going back to community college to get my grades up am i stupid? is there a way to get an accurate IQ reading?

I have a similar story; finished highschool early and then took a long break. But i'm not sure. Even if your IQ is low, would that stop you from studying something that you would enjoy?
I failed my first college semester because of laziness and OCD(which makes me think really slowly). If you have a disability or something, i'd suggest you take care of that first or it'll fuck you up.
