Black pill destruction, christ...where to begin. Quite comprehensive. But Buddhism, much of its lore has helped me, alongside meditation. Even tho I am not surrounded by friends! You see, in the western mindset there exists problems, but also concepts that when certain conditions are not met, lead to these problems. Well, its a bit of a leap here, and I am not sure if your own psychological/philosophical internal world allows for such a leap (mine did since I am a nihilist, not just some edgy one, but a genuine one), but if you were to be open to it, one could escape these problems quite well.
The only thing I am somewhat plagued these days is not that much by the lack of friends, but some lingering attachment feelings to a thot, which I cannot scrub off that well lol. But beyond that, through this path I managed to get to a 7 out of 10 of happiness levels of sorts.
Apparently, the brain is so flexible, that it can remove all needs, wants and predetermined outcomes just by itself, and a bit of training. Allowing you to construct your own logic that brings you joy.
