I somehow made the answer too long so...
I recommend sterile threaded needle to puncture it and leave the thread hanging on the cyst overnight for drainage.
This will do if your burn is superficial
Also some will tell you to keep the cyst but it is still controversial topic as lesion keeps irritated by cyst's pressure
