We're living in a time and place where a couple might need to work 3 full-time jobs between the two of them in order to sustain a quasi-middle class household of 1 or 2 kids, while 70 years ago 1 job would suffice, with enough money left to buy a house AND put the kids through college.
The American low, working and middle classes are getting more and more exploited with each year, and dumbasses like those 53%er cheer for it. It's incredible.
