I need it to be a little cold in the room. Gives me a reason to seek the comfort of my bed and it distracts me from thinking too much about things. I know most people prefer to be tucked in under multiple covers but in my case sleeping under too many layers just makes me all itchy and sweaty, plus it makes me feel like I'm trapped or something.

I need to be hugging my body pillow
I need a memory foam mattress (I hate cheap regular mattresses)
