Quite honestly I have years of experience as a home cook :)
Here's my lasagna.
FYI, it's not soggy at all. I added the rest of the red sauce with added smoke flavor on top of the layers mixed with the cheese gratin
>1/3 of Valio Emmental Black Label, 1/3 of Valio Viola Natural and 1/3 of Valio Salaneuvos (gouda style)I didn't use a cheddar style cheese, which was a win with smoke aroma.
