Cowgirl is alright but dosent really do anything for me. I can never bust in that position. If she is willing they can lay back on the counter. That way is best for me, as in I dont have to bend or stretch into any weird way and can go to town.
Ive had a few who get on their knees on a bar stool. That works good too
