I'm extremely health conscious of the food I eat. I feel like I can't ever have the occasional unhealthy treat. I really fancy some fish and chips tonight but I know I'll feel very guilty afterwards and I'll start obsessing over my body image.
Since getting /fit/ I feel like I can never enjoy some nice food. I worry that even if I have a small pizza or a small portion of chips I've disrupted my bodies routine and something bad will happen. All I ever eat is oats, fruit and meat every day.
I've noticed that I seem to put on weight very easily too. If I have a large pizza I'll put on about 2-3lbs and it takes about five days to burn off, with intense exercise. I'm so insecure.
