I don't have a masters degree in pharmacy, but as far as I know μ opiod receptors have an analgesic effects which kills the pain and tends to have same effect as endorphin overload (in other words pure euphoria) and σ opiod receptors tend to give you dissociative trips like those of dxm and ketamine, whilst also having a minor analgesic effect
both seem to be followed by a strong antitussive effect but I'm not sure why anymore

the problem is you'll still have chronic pain
start taking pot for pain and take benzo 2~3 times a week when withdrawl creeps to unbearable
you should be fine after a month and then you should drop benzos or take them once a week at max

tl;dr every response I know for opioid interactions are parasimpathetic responses (aka vagal response) like analgesia, vasodilation and hipotension.
Some receptors produce physical dependence and addiction, that’s why every heroin junkie ends 100% dependent of more and more doses, there are some products like ketamine or morphine that not produce that amount of addiction like heroin. I’ve seen people in my practices of internal medicine of heroin junkies with arms and legs so fucked up I couldn’t put the blood pressure instrumental.
Also these faggots are always lying and trying to steal shit even after surgery.
