>>866281I was living in Northern Oregon for the winter, first time I saw a real snow fall and not having to drive up to the mountains to go snowboarding, I thought it was pretty cold coming from the desert but I ended up getting used to it enough that I was able to go out in shorts and tank top. I know this isn't anywhere near as cold as it gets in say Canada or Scandinavia.
