From what I've read. Nigger used to be a mild insult, like kraut or leaf. But then someone decided it's literally the worst word ever. Plus black people changed it to 'nigga' to make it their own and take away the insult. But they want to literally own the word, and nonblacks using it makes them chimp out like niggers.
