Found two dead iguanas in my moms backyard (Southern Florida) and was wondering if you guys could tell if someone killed them or an animal did? Also what is that next to it, shit or intestines?

My guess they’re killed by a human. One looks like it has a bullet wound and the others heads cut clean off.
