This is my plan for this weekend: Hot Chicken Wings. The problem is how. >marinate, then grilled >marinate, then oven baked >marinate, then frying >marinate, then deep fried in oil >fresh, deep fried in hot spiced oil I will try all these methods for my convenience. I am having an Entire weekend off. I also have reserved a bottle of vodka (Polish, Russian and Finnish) for each three days.

dont bother, marinate, fry, then sauce is the objectively correct method.

Have you thought about> marinate, fry, and then bake?

>>8687869 >>8687885 Guys, that's my issue here: The advice I have had isn't consistent at all. What do?
I love hot wings. Would love to master on how to make some for me.

>>8687904 best wings i have ever had were fried then sauced. i don't think they even bothered with a marinade, but that could only improve it.

>>8687933 Deep fried, shaken with sauce, down the hatch.

if you have the wing flats, hold both ends of it and twist it a bit and then one of the bones should pull out cleanly. it makes it way easier to eat the wing (not that it was hard in the first place). i actually prefer the flats over the drums after having discovered this

>>8687970 Right, that's a genuine hot wing feel you are describing right there.
>bones come out just like that >chicken wing meat just disperses around in the mouth >heat is strong, tasty and rootsy all the same time, like meeting an old friend Anonymous
>>8687982 >worcestershire sauce Wuster is part of two of the marinada recipes I am trying.
