climate change if unmitigated could cause human extinction so I don't think that accelerating it would be good and to my knowledge of marxist ideology communism is the consequence of over production as efficiency is needed to supply everyone with their basic necessities . climate change would cut people away from basic resources due to droughts and extreme weather events and they would respond by reverting to barbarism . according to historical materialism capitalism is kind of like a stepping stone to communism , communism necessitates the end of capitalism but capitalism ending is not sufficient to bring about communism. I don't think that global warming would cause communism, I think that it would cause a reversion to a more primitive state or extinction
