Each has their own poor containment area where you can apply the above (with some increased risk), but if you want to live in a nicer place then you're pretty much fucked. Metropolitan bitches are the worse in here, they're the closest to a north american thot. Better to just come to terms with finding strictly sex and no love.

-age 30 and up: Join the church, that's the only way you'll find a non-thot to marry, and even then your chances are slim
-25-30: find poorer chicks that have no kids. Rich family girls are raised in contact with north american thot culture. Your only chance at finding a non-toth is finding a poorer girl outcast and shy enough to not have been knocked-up. Poor people are, despite the our government's attempts, uneducated about birth control so if a poor chick doesn't have a kid she has lower chances of being a thot. Poor chicks who are total thots and aren't mothers are usually gold-diggers waiting for the right rich guy to knock them up, talk to the local populace because these are usually visible to anyone but the most oblivious beta.

Even though we're legally allowed to fuck anyone over 14 there's an implied limit to how much older you can be before her father kills you and buries you in a nearby farm. If you're under 25 your best shot is grooming younger girls. The closer you get to 25 the older they get for you, but if you're under 21 it's pretty acceptable to date 14 year olds. You need to educate them well though, be firm, accept no bullshit, raise them like proper ladies.
