i'm pretty sure i said sometime between tuesday and thursday
anyway it went ok. this was my first time cooking without measurements and i'm fairly certain i butchered it though in my defense i was basically just seasoning rice which grows and mushrooms which shrink so it's pretty hard to eyeball the first time when you're not sure what size everything will end up. in the end it tasted alright but i think it could have been significantly better with more mushrooms and seasoning
