I stepped on a snail on accident. Heard the shell crack and all. Definitely lethal damage so I just wanted to put it out of its misery and I hit it with a board a few times, then covered the snail with cardboard and stepped on it again. I feel terrible. Do you think it's dead now? It's hard to tell.
