It should become acceptable for masses of people to take to traditional clothing and hairstyling. Obviously, if a man is bald, they can't wear one of those longer styles, and maybe for military men that would be too much to have them do, confining them tactically compared to having shorter hair, but civilians should be good enough to maintain the classical looks. Objectively, there is nothing wrong with the guy in the OP's picture, but I make this statement about wishing more East Asians embraced their traditional styles.
