I'm on my way right now
Some people find peace through doctrines. Like Buddhism, taking the middle way so to speak.
Others subscribe to true nihilism
Personally, I went through some rough emotional trauma-had a halfbaked psychotic break- came back to my senses and thought. For a very long while, while lifting, showering, eating, before sleeping.
I just came to the conclusion, it's fine. It's just fine, right? Experiencing emotions is fine, making mistakes is fine, making progress is nice etc etc. 90% of things a regular person would view as negative, to me, are just fine. Right? I don't worry about things anymore unless I need to, which doesn't disrupt my peace it just bends it enough for me to be willing to take action.
I don't stress about things anymore. I do get angry from which is why I'm still on the way, I just need to let myself mature and let the future me finally find that peace, so I can share it with people and encourage them to live a good, productive life.
