Can't learn the damn language when can't talk to anybody here.
It is entirely our government's fault most of the russian estonians don't know estonian language. Why the fuck would you make russian schools or kindergartens where pro-russian parents would obviously give their children and where these children won't learn any estonian at all? And it goes up to some universities too. My guess is that it is benificial to our politics having this divided nation where one group hates another. Also they don't fight the obvious russian propaganda on TVs and on the media, like comments on Delfi. All these helpings they are offering like courses don't work at all.
The only and only solution to the language problem is to make EVERYTHING in estonian: no russian schools, no russian on workplaces, no russian in any place you need to communicate, especially no russian kindergartens. The kindergartens are the most important among with primary schools. All the russians I know that actually speak estonian learnt it either in kindergarten, primary school or in family, because their mom, dad or both were estonians. They didn't learn it through the hard work like many of us have to. They learnt it with an ease just because they had this kind of advantage which is not general (((for some reason))).
Even know they "scratching their heads" (of course not) thinking about how to solve the most problemic problem of our country.

Why should I? I was born here, I have estonian passport, like legit estonian passport, where there is said that I am estonian. I don't agree with russian politics, I don't see them as friends or some sort. Why should I fucking go there? I shouldn't and I won't go anywhere. This is my home and I am staying here. I don't demand anyone to speak russian. When I speak to estonian I try to speak estonian, but it is not good enough, so I feel weird. There is just not that much of resources to learn it for us. Only by talking.
