Here is the way they are doing it that fast :
Pour aller le plus vite possible face à l'invasion des pépitos:
1 - use firefox
2 - get the ipflood plugin: https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/ipflood/
3 - restart firefox
4 - open a shitload of tabs (~30) with ctrl+T
5 - open the pixelcanvas url (i.e. http://pixelcanvas.io/@-372,-452) in each tab
6 - draw a pixel
7 - use ctrl+TAB to go to next tab then draw another pixel
8 - go through all the tabs like that and cycle back to the first, then repeat
