I turned 21 this month and realized how badly I fucked up.
My parents had basically been supporting me up until this point and now I am living on the benefit hating myself everyday.
Is it still too late to redeem myself? Wil employers take me seriously?

It's not too late to turn it around.
If you start something now, you can still redeem yourself.
If I were in your shoes, I would go to a trade school or class.
Construction jobs are always going to be needed, so I would look into something in that area.

finished another highschool
dropped out of university
neet for another 2 years
i started working at 23, no experience and minimum wage but at least no more shame when im around my parents, also suicide thoughts are a rarity now

It doesn't matter if they're gonna take you seriously or not. Just apply for everything you can and take the first one that answers. Work there for a year and be a good employee. Then try get a better job in the same sector or branch out.
Make a CV, ask someoen to help you with it. That's what I did and I've been working at costa for a year now. I've got experience closing shops, counting up till and leading shifts and I'm only 19
That's basically enough to get an assistant manager job at a shitty retail store

Start small, work your way up. That doesn't mean to try to climb a ladder, but dead end jobs still look better on a resume than nothing at all. Go to trade school. Get into shape and get into hard labor. Get a factory job. These are all options for you, and anyone who pretends like they're not, or who acts like you'll be stuck at walmart 5eva, just because you want some semblance of work experience, is a retard.
