Imagine you get to decide some kind of rule change that affects everybody, worldwide. What's something you would change that would just make life more stupid and annoying for literally everyone?
For example, I would double the number of time zones, and they're now 30 minutes apart each. Everyone is divided by half-hours across the globe instead of full hours.
