The nerve of McDonalds, symbol of the quick enjoyment of delicious fatty meals, dare I say, happy meals, only serving such a limited menu.
Here in Argentina it's probably even worse though, the only food chains here are McDonalds, Burger King, Subway and very, very rarely there's a Wendy's or a KFC, but that's it. Then there's also a local joint called "Mostaza" (mustard) that serves high-quality beef patties for the customer willing to pay the extra dollar.
