After she answers you can say "Oh really? I've always wanted to go there, what's it like? " (unless it's a shithole, then find a different topic), and go from there. You're talking to her to find out more about her, but keep in mind she's supposed to be learning about you too, so don't just fire off questions at her one after the other and when she asks you questions give her good answers. at first things may be awkward but the only way you guys can run out of things to talk about is if you simply are not compatible.
