>>886727I thought so about myself too but you're really better than you know, and I mean it.
Think about it this way. You know yourself better than anyone else in the world ever could, and you know yourself better than you know anyone else in the world too. You'll be with yourself your entire life and there's no changing that. It's not worth it to make an enemy out of the person you'll be with forever.
You don't suck. I failed out of highschool. I can't do two pushups in a row. I'm not great at games. I've got shitty genes.
But I do my fucking best at everything I try. I know what my best is, do you know what yours is? Give everything your all, do whatever your heart and your body can take. If you can only do one pushup, that's your best, and that's okay. If you do ten pushups and feel like you can do more, keep going.
Talk to your doctor and get medicated if you haven't already. There's nothing wrong with taking medicine, you're not weak or less of a man for it. It takes a lot of bravery to take the first step toward healing and get the help you need, especially with the stigmas in modern culture now about mental illness and medication. I hated myself and I spent all of my love on other people, and that exhausted me. I stepped away from everything and started taking medication, and it made everything so much clearer and I was able to find things about myself I was proud of. One part of loving yourself is doing what's right for yourself.
