What did the communists:
1) got rid of illiteracy
2) rebuilt the country
3) there were no homeless people
4) we had the greatest education
5) it was enough just to work to get a flat. U shouldn't think about medical care, u shouldn't think how to get an education. Also u could go to rest anywhere once or twice a year. Now it's hard for many people in Russia. U live with capitalism, but many people are poor and they can't travel llas in the past.
6) we had high level science . Many discoveries were made in the field of physics, math and so on
7) our army was one of the best in the world

I can list it for a long time. But, of course, we had a lot of problems like lag in some areas of medicine. There were not many everyday things that people in the west had already used. But, in general, life was good for simple people. Of, not everywhere, but as I said in general it was good.
