how do you treat neck pain?
basically i was minding my business, and i didnt notice my neck was in the wrong position because of pleasure(pic related). afterwards, intense pain followed. i thought that might be it, and wondered if having a stroke has the same feeling.
that was in 4:30 am. now its 9:40 pm, and whenever i rotate my neck, it stings a bit, but not that intense as before (still hurts though). whats the best course of action i should take?
