I just discovered that for stupid reasons, 1 every 1000 attempts a banned ip (usually those who got permabanned since 2018) can be unbanned using multiple refreshes. Also, don't refresh a page on 4chan 10-15 times in a row or you will have a 3 day ban, if you do the shit I told you make sure you cooldown at least 59 seconds after the 10th try.
