I don't even know where to start to see a psychiatrist. I live in the middle of nowhere and can't go back to the place in my town. They'll lock me in a padded room after what stunt I pulled last year.

They say it goes away as you get older
You also need to see a psychiatrist every two months or so to see if you’ve improved or not
At least that’s how it is here
