I've read that in anglo countries is well accepted and in fact kinda viewed as "if that person studies on-line because he also works it means he has a good will to work and organize" (talking about official accredited programs, of course).
Here in this backwards stone age country there is a LOT of prejudice. (If you didn't go to waste 6+ hours daily for years listening to the retarded professor talking shit, like I did, you know nothing and your credentials are worthless despite me being a retard who cannot into professionalism).
