if you don't believe Jesus Christ died for the atonement of your sins, you will NOT be saved and you'll meet God's wrath as punishment in hell. If that were the very particular case JUST for "regular" sinners who don't believe, as you claim, that'd also be the same case to everyone in that verse, which is clearly not.
