Find somebody that hates the same things that you do, rather than somebody that has the same hobbies and likes. Interests and hobbies will change, but as an adult, your hatred for certain things will go unchanged; you'll form a much longer relationship with the people you can get mad with than you do with the ones that played the same games as you.
Trust me on this one, since I've gone through the shit you've gone through and having non-verbal learning disability, major depressive disorder, and bi-polar disorder made shit a lot harder than it had to be.
Regardless of whether or not you follow my advice, you'll probably grow out of the loneliness and become jaded by the time you're almost 30. The best part about that age is that you'll have as many specific memories of your teens as you do with your childhood.
