>>8965985I wouldn't exactly say that it's devoid of variety since all tracks except Two Headed Boy 1-2 and that turd known as Oh Comely do sound different due to diversity in tempo, dynamics and overall mood. So, adding some extra instruments would've simply changed the album's essence and while it still could've come out good, it sure as hell wouldn't have been ITAOTS already at this point. But I guess it's true that they could've used some less lame chord progressions on every track though
