Thank you, here is my question:
I have one female and four male feral cats, all except one male have been neutered and were getting along fine until recently. The unneutered male has started randomly chasing the girl cat and trying to hit her when she runs inside her little house. Does anyone have some sort of reasonable idea why he may be doing this? Is it because he's still intact or something else? He wasn't doing this until a few months ago, so around a year of no attacks previously.

They are like a family. I believe he wants to hit her? She acted aggressive/defensive to him at the start (when she first met him) when eating, but now the boycat is being completely unreasonable by attacking her unprovoked. She is so small compared to him so I feel sorry for her.

I didn't get him neutered since he wasn't coming to eat everyday at a regular time, but now I think I have more of a chance to trap him. But I am very sure he just hates her, if he wanted to mate then he wouldn't hit her repeatedly and walk off.

I see, do you think he will stop after surgery? He's around 3 years old so I'm afraid he'll do it out of habit/spite. Unless it doesn't work that way?

you could try keeping them separated for awhile as well, you never know what might’ve changed between the two and maybe some space could help?
