Joe Rogan's a fuckin' shill. He long lost his status of whatever it was that made him cool before. That said, I tried CBD oil for anxiety, but it didn't help much. I have bad anxiety. Panic attacks, trouble sleeping, etc. I bought oil that rub onto my skin (it said put it on soft skin of the inner wrist), and I would do it 3 times a day. I definitely felt something. I felt warm and fuzzy. Cozy. My eyes felt warm. My body felt cozy. It sort of helped my anxiety, but not enough. I just stopped doing it because it wasn't worth the time to rub it in.

30 years out of high school I decided to try it again because I was having all sorts of trouble getting to sleep.
Picked a start and end date, May last year to May this year & smoked about the size of a pea every night 10pm-12am.
I slept like a corpse for a whole year.

Getting to sleep now isn't as good but infinitely better than it was, and at least do-able now.

High-CBD flower smoked however is another story. During May I smoked about 1g of ~14% per day for two weeks and then smoked 0.5g of 25% THC flower in a single sesh and had an entire 10 hour psychedelic experience. First my vision became distorted like everything was melting and fluid, then I started monologuing about technology and the nature of the universe. Then got arrested, taken to the hospital where I spent 4 hours screaming in agony going through incredibly painful full-body convulsions that felt like my entire body was in a vice all the while I was talking to god who explained the nature of all existence and revealed it's true self to me. It felt like I was having a heart attack the entire time while underwater. Then I spent a few hours afterwards where I couldn't stand to open my eyes because people were all quite literally glowing. It was a lot of fun, very enjoyable, a great experience.

CBD increases THC absorption. I wanted to experiment with the principle but I had no idea it would be this profound. I guess this is was psychedelics do without the physical agony but I feel the pain was what made the experience "real".

I think the whole thing is a big ass scam that if we had some econ anons they could do a grad research project on it.
Right now the shit is pricey as hell $100/small bottle. It is so expensive that it is like growing gold if you are a farmer. MY cousin decided to legit grow it and instantly be rich of course. He bought seeds at $1/seed I said WTF? After he planted the seeds and went through all this BS to grow weed he had about 1% of the seeds sprouted. So $20k of seeds and he got a few hundred plants. There are a ton of faggots making bank on this shit but watch as the market gets so flooded that the price drops to below that of maple syrup.
